Description

A rework of a certain famous chef's way too hot chili given that I am 54 and my stomach gets kind of mad.

Directions

Put the tomatoes in a bowl bowl and break up with your fingers. Saute the onions or if you have cooked them in your grill, simply chop them up into reasonably small pieces. + Add to the sauce. I recommend dicing the onions unless you like larger pieces. Once you've done that, drain the garbanzo beans but save the water. Take the garbanza beans and pulse a few times in a food processor. Take the food processed beans and the liquid and combine into the tomato sauce. Take the onions out of the pan and add to the mix. Saute the poblano cumin oregano kosher salt smashed garlic tomato paste on a medium heat until you start to smell some nice stuff. Finally, add the soy sauce to the end and let it evaporate a little bit. Take this and add it to the mixture. Finally, drain the kidney beans and add them to the mixture as well. Reserving the liquid in case you would need it during the long period that We're going to put it into the Crock-Pot. Making sure that all the ingredients have been used, combine everything and put it into a crock-Pot. Set it on high and let use overnight. Make sure you scrape the bottom of the pan that you were cooking everything in and enjoy. Make sure you scrape the bottom of the pan that you were cooking everything in and enjoy. Don't forget to add the wine.

Notes

I originally did get this from famous cookbook from a certain chef, but I found their version way too much work and my version is actually better in my opinion because it doesn't hurt when I go poop. It's also nice because it's not too hot. I tried some of the hot chili paste stuff that he talked about and it would like take the paint off of a metal post! My version is nice and acid free and very good for people who still want to have chili without dying or experiencing horrid pain and who don't really like hot things. Nandi my dog also seems to like this chili and it doesn't bother her!
